Mindfulness or concentration meditation is an important introductory practice that leads to the practice of Vipassana, or insight meditation.
Vipassana meditation allows you to experience the mind as it is.
When you practice vipassana, you are able to see that the mind is full of thoughts, some conducive to the happiness and further realization, and others not. It is not extraordinary that the minds are full of thoughts, and it is important to understand that it is natural to have so much happening in the mind.
Over time, practicing Vipassana meditation calms the thoughts and emotions.
You will experience tranquillity of mind and calmly abide with the thoughts as they are. Eventually, this leads to a decrease in unhelpful thoughts.

Imagine having absolute peace and quiet to yourself. Beautiful right? Even just a few days in silence, away from it all, and being in a natural setting away from the city, work, stress, and responsibilities can make a big difference. Your time is now.

This retreat is an introduction into Vipassana meditation with basic first-step guidance, please be advised that during this retreat the following rules must apply:
No cell phones (flight mode or switched off)
No internet
Be in complete silence

Silence is the state of the soul. When you are silent from identifying with your thoughts, mind, emotions and even your body, in deep silence you can be in tune with your soul. Despite the outer sounds of the world also known as distractions, there are also distractions within you in different forms such as negative thoughts, stress, anxiety, feelings that overwhelm you, emotions that have not been dealt with, feeling haunted by past mistakes, failures, etc. and they keep you from knowing and connecting to your true self. A silence retreat gives you the opportunity to be in an introspective state, to go beyond the inner and outer distractions, and simply to be in tune with your soul. When your inner and outer worlds are silent, you feel true peace and freedom.
On the last day of departure, you may come out of silence and exchange your experience with other like- minded people, ask questions and share feedback.

All levels of ability and experience are fully welcomed from complete beginners to professional yogis as this retreat offers safe fully accepting everyone space, where everyone is welcome to join regardless age and or physical ability. In this attempt to maintain a healthy lifestyle, please refrain from any use of drugs or alcohol during the retreat.

Shared comfortable tent with modern beds linen and towels. Indoor common shower and bathroom and outdoor dining area.
